As Co-Founder and Principal, Nick leads development strategy and execution—helping clients bring their vision to life through customized, turnkey real estate solutions.
Over the course of his career, Nick has developed industrial, office, medical, and mixed-use properties across the Carolinas and the Southeast. His expertise spans every phase of the real estate lifecycle, from site acquisition and entitlements to construction and delivery. At AMP, he leverages this hands-on experience to create high-quality medical facilities that are thoughtfully designed and strategically located for long-term success.
In addition to his role at AMP, Nick is Managing Partner at Lischerong Development Group and Lotto Partners, where he continues to specialize in the acquisition, development, and construction of commercial real estate assets.
Nick prides himself on the long-standing partnerships—and lasting friendships—he’s built with doctors across all specialties. He’s passionate about supporting healthcare providers as they grow their practices, and takes great satisfaction in helping them thrive.
Brian Cillian
Co-Founder & Principal, AMP
As Co-Founder and Principal of AMP, Brian Cillian leads with more than 20 years of experience in commercial real estate development, investment, and brokerage. At AMP, he brings that expertise to healthcare providers—offering turnkey solutions that simplify the process of owning and building medical and dental facilities.
Brian has been involved in over $700 million in commercial real estate development and acquisitions throughout his career. His deep understanding of site selection, financing, and construction allows him to guide clients through complex real estate projects with clarity and confidence. Before launching AMP and Lotto Partners, Brian served as a Partner at DHD Ventures, where he specialized in the acquisition and development of commercial projects across the Southeast.
Jeff Dickey
Director of Development
With more than 20 years of leadership experience spanning defense operations and commercial real estate, Jeff Dickey brings a mission-driven approach to AMP’s work of advancing healthcare and community development. As Director of Business Development, he leads relationship strategy, partner engagement, and deal execution. In this role, he helps physicians and healthcare organizations expand access to quality care through thoughtfully designed, purpose-built facilities.
Before joining AMP, Jeff served as an executive at Capstone Companies, where he helped scale operations and guide the firm through a successful acquisition. Earlier in his career, he spent two decades in the U.S. Navy as an Explosive Ordnance Disposal technician and Special Operations Officer, earning multiple commendations for leadership and operational excellence.
Jeff combines his background in strategic planning and organizational execution with a deep commitment to building trust and long-term partnerships. His work reflects a belief that real estate should not only perform, but also strengthen the communities it serves.
