Director of Business Development
Advanced Medical Partners (AMP) is seeking a driven and entrepreneurial Director of Business Development to lead all efforts around client acquisition, relationship building, and real estate deal sourcing. This role is laser-focused on generating new business opportunities and bringing qualified medical tenants to AMP projects, with an eye toward broader real estate development opportunities within the Lotto portfolio, including a new initiative in childcare development.
The ideal candidate understands the healthcare real estate landscape and can identify and engage physician groups, private practitioners, and other potential tenants. This position reports directly to the CEO and has future potential to evolve into a broader leadership role, overseeing business development across both AMP and Lotto’s daycare development arm as the company scales.
This role requires 5–10 years of experience in business development, sales, or leasing within real estate, with a background in medical office, healthcare, or commercial development. A strong understanding of commercial real estate and the needs of healthcare tenants is highly valuable. A bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is a plus. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of sourcing and closing new business, managing deal lifecycles, and maintaining strong client relationships. We’re looking for a self-starter with excellent communication skills, a relationship-driven approach, and a results-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition & Lead Generation
Identify and build relationships with small medical groups, independent practitioners, and healthcare operators seeking new space
Cultivate and convert a strong pipeline of qualified prospects into signed LOIs or client agreements
Manage CRM systems and keep detailed records of outreach, status, and next steps
Strategic Partnerships & Referral Development
Establish and nurture referral networks with brokers, consultants, attorneys, CPAs, and others serving the healthcare space
Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to represent AMP and build awareness
Collaborate with healthcare advisors, regional influencers, and development partners to expand AMP’s reach
Market Intelligence & Project Support
Conduct ongoing research to identify demand clusters and underserved markets
Work with the internal team to align sourcing efforts with project feasibility and long-term growth strategy
Support early-stage discussions with landowners, brokers, and development partners
Future Growth: Daycare Development under the Lotto Portfolio
Begin supporting business development efforts for a new childcare real estate initiative under the Lotto brand
Build relationships with regional daycare operators to explore build-to-suit opportunities
Assist in evaluating demand and identifying markets for future daycare development
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to shape the business development framework as this initiative grows
In time, help guide or manage separate business development personnel aligned to each vertical
